Still have a question? What's my oil worth? →
Getting started
Q01How do I get started?+
Five stops: initial contact → a discovery call (fryer count, volume, who hauls now, what maintenance you pay for) → the service agreement → implementation, when the bins are delivered and pickups start → ongoing support.
Q02Do you provide the bins and equipment?+
Yes. Bins and equipment are provided and delivered during implementation, before your first pickup. Nothing to buy.
Q03Is there a minimum amount of oil?+
No minimum oil amount. One fryer or a full line, we'll put a bin on site.
Q04Am I locked into a contract?+
No long-term contracts. You stay because the pickups show up and the payback does too.
Switching
Q05I already have a hauler. How do I switch?+
You sign the service agreement and we write the cancellation letter to your current hauler. Then the bins get delivered and pickups start.
Q06What if I'm paying my current hauler?+
That's exactly what the discovery call sorts out. We look at who hauls now and what you pay, then the oil starts paying you back instead of the other way round.
Getting paid
Q07How does the oil payback work?+
Your used oil pays you back one of three ways: a monthly payment, service credits toward discounted or free hood cleaning, grease traps and pressure washing, or Gifts for Grease. You pick on the discovery call.
Q08What is Gifts for Grease?+
The oil's value turned into things people actually want: customer giveaways and raffles, sales incentives, or an annual employee gifting plan.
Q09When do I get paid?+
Monthly, from the first pickup on, as a payment, a credit against maintenance, or Gifts for Grease, whichever you chose.
Pickups
Q10How often do you pick up?+
On a flexible pickup schedule set around your volume. Busy season or slow season, the cadence moves with you.
Q11Who shows up?+
The same local crew every time. The people you talk to are the people in the truck.
Services
Q12What else do you handle besides oil?+
Hood cleaning, grease traps, pressure washing, line jetting and grease removal: the whole back-of-house, one crew.
Q13Can you bundle maintenance with pickups?+
Yes. Same truck, same people, same call. And with service credits the oil can pay for the maintenance you already need.
Where & when
Q14Where do you operate?+
South Florida (West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, down to Key Largo) and all of Georgia.
Q15What are your hours?+
Mon–Sat, 9 am – 6 pm.
The estimate
Q16Is the oil-worth estimate exact?+
No. It's an estimate in gallons based on your answers. The real number is confirmed on the call after Mac sees the kitchen.

Stop giving your oil away.
